Contract Recruitment
Over the years we have placed many candidates with employers who have been looking to fill contract positions. We understand that the construction industry has changed in recent years and as a result employers are often looking to recruit for a particular project or even shorter team for a particular trade within a project.
Contract recruitment is fast-paced, timeframes are often short and positions need to be filled there-and-then. We have an extensive amount of experience in this area and have placed many candidates into roles such as dry liming, plastering and civils for fixed term contracts.
Helping you fill Temporary Positions
No matter how hard you plan ahead for your project there may still be a short-term requirement to find temporary staff to your business. This may be to cover sickness or absence or because your needs on the project have changed. We have an extensive list of candidates who are available for temporary roles and often for an immediate start.
We supply Trades of all levels from foremen through to labourers and plant operators all CPCS carded and CSCS checked. We are that confident in our temp base that if we send someone to site and by lunch time you decide they are not suitable we will not charge for this period.
Permanent Recruitment, Get it Right!
Employing someone into a permanent role within your business is a decision you need to get right. Finding the right individual to match the role and company ethos with the right skill set and development aims of the candidate is the Holy Grail especially in an industry where there is already a skills shortage.
Our experience in the construction sector has helped our clients have long and on-going employment relationships with many candidates. We also have an office in the North East which is located in Middlesborough. This office deals with clients across the North East including Durham, Darlington, Sunderland and Newcastle.
